Remember, just like you, we run a business. Our hours work are important to us, just like yours is to you. We charge an hourly rate and we are not in the business of giving out free time, please do not expect us to as we all have mouths to feed.
1. Bookings
a. Bookings are queued in allocated times
b. If bookings are not adhered to in the allocated timeframes,
payment received or terms and conditions accepted, then
the booking will be placed at the back of the queue
or to such a time that Trinity Designs deems fit.
c. Bookings are important as we have a number of projects
and Trinity Designs can not process a project outside
the allocated booking or timeframe
2. Time Frames
a. Each project will be developed during allocated timeframes
b. If the client takes longer, for any reason, that
delays development which forces the development process
over the allocated timeframe, the final payment must
be deposited immediately on the next day after the allocated
timeframe final date, otherwise Trinity Designs holds
the rights to discontinue with the development to such
a time as Trinity Designs deems fit.
c. If a project has begun without payment received by
client but with the confirmed go-ahead from client,
the project will be deemed to be in the process and
therefore timeframes adhered to.
d. Payment on all specials during the special timeframe
or agreed upon timeframe. Should payment not be received,
Trinity Designs reserves the right to refuse the special
price to any client.
3. Financials
a. Absolutely no refunds on any payments
b. All payment shall be via EFT and made available immediately
upon invoice and before any further development is undertaken.
No Cheques accepted
c. Upfront 100% Payment upon invoice on all development
- no exceptions
d. Payments for domains and hosting paid prior to website
being uploaded
e. Payments for domains and hosting is to the clients
account
f. Trinity Designs is a sole proprietor and therefore
does not charge VAT/TAX
g. Our website design pricing is for front-end design
only.
h. If a client cancels during the development process,
then the client will lose the deposit paid for work
already undertaken or be liable to pay the outstanding
amount
i. Should a quote be provided to a client for a specific
amount of pages or products and Trinity Designs finds
out that the specific amount of pages is over and above
the amount quoted due to Trinity Designs fault or client's
fault, then Trinity Designs reserves the rights to change
the price quoted, even if the development has begun
and a deposit has been paid.
j. Should no payment be received for development or
services commissioned by client, Trinity Designs will
add on interest on overdue accounts. Should this not
be paid within the specific timeframe, then we are in
our rights to approach a Debt Collections agency for
collection and thereafter the Courts for collection.
Overdue accounts start at 7 days after invoice has been
submitted.
k. Should the client want extra pages or other work over and above the quote and/or invoice, then the client will be charged over and above the quoted and/or invoiced amount. We do not do free work.
4. Development
a. Absolutely no cancellations will be accepted once
the development has begun, unless by Trinity Designs
b. All development will begin once the client has accepted
the terms & conditions and development process -
via email.
c. Trinity Designs reserves the right to place the link
"Designed by Trinity Designs" on all websites developed
or re-designed by us. The size of the script will be
no bigger than 10 points (as on MS Word) and the colour
will match the style of the website.
d. Re-designing or designing of logo's, images and creating
new text will be charged over and above the rates provided
e. Extra pages of design can be quoted over and above
the provided design package, quote or during design
process.
f. Our website design packages exclude individual products
over 20, thereafter a new quote will be provided to
the client
g. On all websites, back-end sites and forms: It is
the responsibility of the website owner to organize
with their ISP (hosting company) to provide the correct
scripting to send forms and/or validate shopping basket.
Trinity Designs cannot supply this script. If you are
having problems with your ISP in this regard, we suggest
changing ISP's to SA Domain who offer full Free support
in this regard.
h. Should development on a special have commenced and
payment not received in the agreed upon timeframe, Trinity
Designs has the rights to change the pricing structure
from the special price to the normal price and add on
interest of a minimum of 5% per day that payment is
late. to our discretion.
i. If a client wants us to come out to their offices
or premises, we will charge accordingly - a one hour
fee will be automatically charged.
j. It is the responsibility of the client to organise
with their existing or new ISP form validation and activation,
except when it comes to hosting with SA Domain.
k. On all designs the client will get a maximum amount of times that changes or revisions can be made and this must be done within a specific timeframe allocated at the beginning of the project.
5. Hosting
a. Hosting of websites is to the clients account - we
use SA Domain (www.sadomain.co.za)
b. Support for hosting is done through the ISP and not
Trinity Designs
c. Trinity Designs exempts itself from any third party
vendor
d. If hosting is registered through another company,
it is up to the client to provide the required FTP details
e. It is the clients responsibility to store their own websites, back-up their data and files including graphics. Trinity Designs reserves the rights to charge the client for storage and administration should the client wish Trinity Designs to retrieve websites or graphic designs completed. Trinity Designs is not obliged to store the clients websites, data nor graphic designs - we are not a storage facility.
6. Domain Registration
a. Domain Registration is to the clients account - we
use SA Domain (www.sadomain.co.za)
b. Support for hosting is done through the ISP and not
Trinity Designs
c. Trinity Designs exempts itself from any third party
vendor
d. If domain registration is registered through another
company, the client accepts responsibility for this
domain
e. Yearly payments is to the clients account
f. Client must provide Trinity Designs with all necessary
information that is required in order to register the
domain name through one of Trinity Designs preferred
vendors.
g. The client must provide the exact domain name required.
Trinity Designs cannot accept any liability for wrong
domain names.
h. Trinity Designs cannot be held liable for domain
names that are not available or mispelt.
7. Updating
a. Updating of websites once the website is active and
live is to our discretion and will be charged to the
clients account.
8. Specials
a. Specials run at different timeframes and can only
be developed during the specific timeframe
b. Clients cannot book a special and have the development
process outside the special timeframe.
c. Clients who have booked a package outside a special
timeframe cannot change the booking or have the price
change to coincide with the special
d. Should development on a special have commenced and
payment not received in the agreed upon timeframe, Trinity
Designs has the rights to change the pricing structure
from the special price to the normal price and add on
interest of a minimum of 5% per day that payment is
late. to our discretion.
9. Miscellaneous
a. Trinity Designs will only accept websites and development
to our discretion
b. Client must make all required information and images
for development prior to the website being ordered.
c. Sample websites will be live on the back of Trinity
Designs and will only be available for viewing during
the course of the project or unless otherwise arranged
by prior notice.
10. Privacy Policy
a. If you send feedback using the website's contact
form, you will be asked for your email address so that
Trinity Designs can reply to you.
b. If you use our online form, the information collected
is used specifically for your website details, domain
registration and hosting.
c. Email addresses will be used to reply to your messages,
send requests or information and marketing done specifically
by Trinity Designs. That's it.
d. Trinity Designs adhere to a strict privacy and no
spam policy by third party vendors.
e. Trinity Designs itself does not use cookies on any
of its pages. However, some of the site's sponsors may
use cookies in the course of serving advertisements.
11. Disclaimer
a. The information contained in the website is for general
information purposes only. The information is provided
by "Trinity Designs" and whilst we endeavor to keep
the information up-to-date and correct, we make no representations
or warranties of any kind, express or implied, about
the completeness, accuracy, reliability, suitability
or availability with respect to the website or the information,
products, services, or related graphics contained on
the website for any purpose. Any reliance you place
on such information is therefore strictly at your own
